Local Beer Available Again at the Twmbarlwm Quiz at Crosskeys RFC

Twmbarlwm Honey Ale, produced by Llanhilleth based Tudor Brewery, is a craft-brewed, ruby coloured bitter beer with a subtle sweet note provided by the addition of locally produced honey.

The beer will be available in Gift Packs (3 bottles) on the night and on draught – also in selected local pubs and bottles direct from the brewery’s shop and online shop – www.tudorbrewery.co.uk.

The Llanhilleth based Tudor Brewery produces a range of beers named after Welsh mountains – The Skirrid, The Blorenge, The Sugarloaf are all represented.

So at the request of the Twmbarlwm Society, Tudor Brewery developed a unique recipe to honour our distinctive local mountain and at the same time support the work of the Society.

Launched at last year’s quiz it was great success on the night – the keg was soon emptied during the evening and many bought gift packs to take home as christmas gifts. We will have some gift packs available on a first come first served basis but if we run out you can always order direct from the brewery.

So why not bring a team along to test your general knowledge while sampling the delights of Twmbarlwm Honey Ale
