It was a fabulous day and we were extremely grateful to all the local associations who helped us out on the day – click here to go the full report of the event.
The society was presented with a certificate to mark the occasion from Bruno Peek LVO OBE OPR The Queen’s Pageantmaster…
… and we, in turn presented duplicate certificates to The Abercarn 1st Scout Troop, The Risca Branch of St John’s Ambulance, The Wales Fire and Rescue Service, Risca Station and Risca Town Community Council.
The Risca Town Council also made a generous donation to each of these associations.
