Trustees Meetings 2020
The Trustees generally meet on the first Monday of the month at Crosskeys RFC at 7pm – it was decided that meetings would be called at least every 3 months or if there were urgent issues to discuss. Trustees will be notified of the date of the next meeting and will also be posted here.
The Agenda for each meeting is posted here a week prior to the meeting. If there are any issues a member thinks should be added to the agenda please contact the Secretary.
The Minutes for each meeting are posted here only after they have been approved at the following meeting.
